What is the difference between boxing gloves and kickboxing gloves?

Nowadays there is not much difference between the kickboxing glove and the boxing glove.
The gloves from our boxing glove collection are therefore suitable for both boxing and kickboxing.

What size boxing glove or kickboxing glove do I need?

A well-fitting (kick) boxing glove is tight but does not pinch. The size of the (kick) boxing glove is shown in weight, oz. that's the abbreviation for ounces.
One ounce is about 28.35 grams. The number of oz therefore indicates the weight of the (kick) boxing glove and not so much the size, although a heavier glove is usually also slightly larger.
Each brand of kickboxing gloves and boxing gloves also has its own fit. In the table below we give a guideline for the right size (kick) boxing glove. The heavier the glove, the more intensive the training!
