Returning a product is possible within 30 days without giving reasons. You have a reflection period of 30 days. The period of 30 days starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. After the notification that you have canceled your purchase, you still have 30 days to return or hand over the product to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The product to be returned must be returned complete, in good condition, in the original packaging and in a shipping box (if reasonably possible).

Return

To use the free return of your order or part of it, you must register the return.
Send an email to info@buffalo.nl stating the order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
You will receive instructions on how you can return the order or part of it free of charge.

Costs incurred for returning an order in a different way will not be reimbursed by us.

Do not forget to send a copy of the invoice or a paper with the order number or customer number with the return. This information is necessary for a quick handling of your return. You can also use the European Model Revocation form.

Reflection period is not a trial period

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the items sent with care.
In order to be able to assess whether you want to keep the product, it may be used as it should normally be in the store.
If the product has been used for more than is necessary to assess this, you are liable for the depreciation of the item.
We can also charge you for the depreciation in case of unnecessary damage to the product.

Liability for return shipment

Make sure you have a proof of shipment (not a proof of payment) of the returned package and keep it until the return has been processed.
Any damage during transport is at the expense of the sender.

Assembly costs

The right of withdrawal also applies to the assembly service offered by us. In the case of services, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you purchased the service. For refunds, the same applies as indicated for the right of withdrawal for products. Our assembly services that have been fully performed within the cooling-off period of 30 calendar days are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This exception only applies if the service has started with the express consent of the consumer who hereby declares to waive his right of withdrawal.

Crediting

We will credit the full purchase price including any standard shipping costs for the forwarding (in case the entire order is returned) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination or revocation of the agreement. However, if Buffalo.nl has not yet received the returned goods, he may wait with paying back until the goods have actually reached him or until the customer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.

Repayment is made with the same payment method as used for payment.
