Play pool and carom on the same table! With the Mao 6ft pool table, you can play both pool and carom using the separately available universal multi-cushion system. In just a few seconds, you can switch between a genuine pool table with its specific characteristics (balls with a 57,2 mm diameter and triangular cushions) or a real billiard table (balls with a 61.5mm diameter and square cushions) using the René Pierre Carom Multi Cushions System (patent 9305943). It is important to order the multi-cushion system at the same time, as the table is specially prepared for this system.
Outstanding quality and playing experience The René Pierre Mao 6ft pool table/carom table features a three-piece slate bed from Brazil with a thickness of 19mm, ensuring a consistent and perfectly flat playing surface. The pool table has a playing area of 185 x 92.5 cm and is covered with Simonis 760 cloth in a color of your choice. The cushions offer excellent rebound. For an optimal playing experience, a minimum space of approximately 485 x 395 cm is recommended. With external dimensions of 217 x 124 cm, this table is also the ideal size to be used as a dining table.
Enhance your Mao table with a matching tabletop A luxurious three-piece tabletop can be ordered for the Mao pool table. The tabletop is made from HPL and is available in white. HPL stands for High Pressure Laminate, which is a combination of paper pulp and phenolic resin with a hard top layer of melamine resin. During production, these layers are fused together under high pressure and high temperature. This process creates a very dense and hard board, making it highly suitable as a furniture surface. The tabletop is resistant to sunlight and moisture, dimensionally stable, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and dirt-repellent. Add the three-piece tabletop directly to your order and easily convert your Mao pool table into a dining table, conference table, or workspace.
