With an ergometer crosstrainer, your training becomes even more effective through the training programs. With the ergometer you control and measure the power, or the wattage, that you deliver. You can train exactly on personal needs and goals so that you do not train too hard or too light. This allows you to train more purposefully towards your specific goal, such as burning fat, improving heart-lung condition or building strength. For the first two purposes, it is important that the crosstrainer is also equipped with a heart rate monitor.
