We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
Unfortunately, only items that can be shipped with GLS are available outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping of orders within the Netherlands and Belgium from € 20.00 is free.
For orders under € 20.00 we charge € 7.95 shipping costs for the Netherlands and € 10.25 shipping costs for Belgium.
The shipping costs to other countries are calculated in the shopping cart.
We ship packages up to 32kg with GLS
Packages up to 32kg are delivered by GLS. GLS does not deliver parcels at a PO Box address, so use a regular addresss.
In case you are not at home and GLS is unable to complete the delivery, GLS will leave a notification. With the code on this notification you can make a new delivery appointment on the GLS site or choose to pick up your parcel at one of the many GLS pick-up points.
As soon as the package has been sent by us you will receive a track & trace code, with this code you can follow the package on: http://gls-info.nl/
Packages above 32kg are shipped with Peeters Vervoercentrale
Packages above 32 kg are delivered by Peeters Vervoercentrale.
When delivered in the Netherlands you will receive a message from Peeters Vervoercentrale, indicating which day they deliver and you will also receive the track & trace link. On the day of delivery you can check the delivery time via this link.
If you do not receive a link you can call from 8:30 am with number 020-5879600 for a time indication.
For the delivery of packages in Belgium, you will not receive a message of the intended delivery day, you can contact Peeters Vervoercentrale on telephone number 0031-205879600, they can be reached on working days from 8:00 am (reference is the Buffalo.nl invoice number).

Please note: Due to the busy December period for parcel delivery services, orders may be delivered later than planned.
Christmas
- Orders placed on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, before 3:00 PM: Expected delivery date in the Netherlands is Friday, December 27, 2024.
- Orders placed on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, after 3:00 PM, and on December 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2024, before 3:00 PM: Expected delivery date in the Netherlands is Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
New Year's
- Orders placed on Monday, December 30, 2024, after 3:00 PM, and on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, before 3:00 PM: Expected delivery date in the Netherlands is Thursday, January 2, 2025.
- Orders placed on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, after 3:00 PM, and on January 1 and January 2, 2025, before 3:00 PM: Expected delivery date in the Netherlands is Friday, January 3, 2025.
For international deliveries, please account for the standard additional delivery time of 1 to 3 days.
Assembly service
Have you opted for our assembly service? In that case we will deliver as soon as possible, usually within 10 business days and no later than 1 to 6 weeks. Our planning will contact you for an appointment.
Delivery time
We strive for full delivery from stock of all product groups and will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible and within the indicated delivery time. If an order can not be delivered within the specified delivery time we will inform you immediately through e-mail of the delay in the delivery. Of course you reserve the right to cancel the order in case the delivery time is exceeded.

When you order several items at once, we will do our very best to have everything delivered to you at once, if possible.
If you prefer not to receive articles independently of each other, you can make this known by e-mail, by phone or in our store. Do not forget to include your invoice number in the e-mail or keep it handy when you call or come by.

Transport damage
Although we and our carriers handle your order very carefully, it is possible that your order has suffered damage during transport. We therefore ask you to check the packages for possible transport damage, damage to the packaging and completeness of the delivered packages before you sign for receipt.
