Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about one of our products, the delivery of your order or the aftersales, you can contact us. This is divided according to the nature of the complaint.
Defect or missing part
If it concerns a defect or a missing part, please email the following information to service@buffalo.nl:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- Product data: Brand, model, serial number.
- Date of purchase.
- Description of the complaint, preferably with photos and/or film.
- If known, the number of the required part.
Our service department will then process your complaint in order to find a solution as quickly as possible. Our service department will give you a substantive response within 3 working days. Any development regarding a service request will be communicated to the customer.
