The Buffalo solid ash wood Shuffleboard 9ft is easy to handle and can be effortlessly moved around. The shuffleboard's legs are equipped with leveling feet, ensuring you can always set it up perfectly level. Both the frame and legs of this shuffleboard are crafted from black-painted ash wood, with the gutter also painted black. The shuffleboard has a length of 275 cm, a width of 75 cm, and a height of approximately 83 cm. The frame edges stand at 7.2 cm in height and 4 cm thick. The playing surface has a length of 234 cm, a width of 50.8 cm, and a thickness of 2.8 cm. Like the frame, the playing surface is made of ash wood, oiled to highlight its natural color, creating a beautiful contrast with the black frame. The playing field's lines and numbers are laser-engraved. The Buffalo shuffleboard is easy to assemble attach the legs, and you're ready to play!
To play shuffleboard, you'll need speed wax, a powder applied to the playing surface. Different types of speed wax determine the puck speed and, consequently, the game's difficulty. This 9ft ash wood shuffleboard comes with a relatively fast speed wax, considering the oiled finish of the playing surface. The puck glides slower than on an epoxy-finished surface, but with speed wax 2, the puck moves just as swiftly! To start playing on your new shuffleboard right away, 8 pucks are included.
